Booking rooms

Who can book rooms?

Associations based in Helsingør Municipality and approved by the Culture and Recreation Office of Helsingør Municipality.

How do you book a room?

The Culture and Recreation Office (Kultur- og Fritidsforvaltningen) approves applications for room rental, gives advice and guidance to associations and rents out rooms in the libraries and at Foreningshuset Lundegade 17 as well as facilities in the other institutions and schools of the Municipality.

What can be hired?

• Main Library, Helsingør - The hall
• Espergærde Library - hall, study room, conference room

What does it cost?

For events covered by the regulations of the public education law, the room rental will consist of a fee per hour of the activity concerned: Halls at the Main Library and Espergærde Library: 10 DKK per hour.

For events not covered by this law, e.g. where an entrance fee is charged: 1000 DKK per event.

The conference rooms at Espergærde Library: 10 DKK per hour.
