Return on time – if not, you must pay a fee!
Returning on time
- i.e. during library opening hours on the return date stamped on the lending receipt, at the latest.
Users who have told us their e-mail address or mobile number will receive a reminder by mail or sms 3 days before the lending period expires.
For materials borrowed on the same date the total fee is:
| 1 -10 days overdue | 20 kr. for materials borrowed by adult users 0 kr. for materials borrowed by child users |
| 11-20 days overdue | 50 kr for materials borrowed by adult users 5 kr. for materials borrowed by child users |
| 21-30 days overdue | 100 kr. for materials borrowed by adult users 15 kr. for materials borrowed by child users |
| 31 days overdue and upwards | 180 kr. for materials borrowed by adult users 40 kr. for materials borrowed by child users |
You loose the right to borrow
- if you owe a fee of 200 DKK or more to the library.
We inform you by ordinary mail, e-mail or sms
8 days before you loose the right to borrow.
When the full amount has been paid in one payment
you may start borrowing again.
Do not postpone payment of the fee
The library is entitled to make collection on its fee, if your debt is 200 DKK or more.
If, after having received a bill, you still don’t return or pay for borrowed material as well as any fees, the Collection Office of the Municipality of Elsinore will see to the collection.
